Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EZLaunch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

EZLaunch provides static website hosting for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sites. The service includes SSL certificates, a global CDN, form submission handling, built-in analytics, custom domain support, and a command-line interface for deployments. Features and limits vary by plan.

Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ezlaunch.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

You may not use EZLaunch to host or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Contains malware, viruses, or code designed to harm systems or users.
• Facilitates phishing, fraud, or deception.
• Sends spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others.
• Includes adult or explicit content without our prior written approval.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you upload and deploy through EZLaunch. By using the service, you grant Jaguar Hosting LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and your site visitors.

This license ends when you delete your content or account, subject to reasonable backup retention periods.

Plans & Billing

EZLaunch offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file through our payment processor, Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period already paid.

Plan Limits

Each plan includes limits on storage, number of sites, form submissions, and other features as described on our pricing page. If you exceed your plan limits, new uploads and certain features may be blocked until you upgrade your plan or reduce usage.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms EZLaunch or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination when possible.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your hosted content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EZLaunch is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaguar Hosting LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of EZLaunch.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email to the address associated with your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of EZLaunch after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
