Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated when you use the service:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Usage data — how you interact with the dashboard, deploys, and features (for example, pages visited and actions taken).
• Uploaded site files — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and other assets you deploy to EZLaunch.
• Form submissions — data submitted through forms on sites you host with EZLaunch (see Form Submissions below).
• Payment information — billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers; Stripe processes payments on our behalf.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the EZLaunch hosting service.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, deploy notifications, billing receipts, and security alerts).
• Improve the product, fix bugs, and understand how features are used.
• Respond to support requests and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored with industry-standard providers:

• Site files — stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through Cloudflare’s CDN.
• Account and application data — stored in a database hosted on Supabase.
• Analytics — we use Umami for privacy-friendly analytics on hosted sites. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted partners to run EZLaunch. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Cloudflare — file storage, CDN, and security.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Umami — privacy-friendly website analytics.

Form Submissions

When visitors submit forms on sites you host with EZLaunch, that data belongs to you as the site owner. EZLaunch stores and processes those submissions on your behalf so you can view them in your dashboard. You are responsible for informing your visitors how their data is collected and used, and for complying with applicable privacy laws on your sites.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal account information within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Uploaded site files are deleted when you delete the associated project. Backups may persist for a short period before being purged from our systems.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can:

• Update account details in your dashboard.
• Delete your account from account settings.
• Email support@ezlaunch.app to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication and keeping you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing pixels on the EZLaunch dashboard or marketing site.

Children

EZLaunch is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your account and update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of EZLaunch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
